Please contact us before ordering if using a non-USA based payment source.  The online shopping cart does not authorize them.  We will quote a shipping rate. 

ALL ITEMS ARE NEW, NEVER USED FROM THE FACTORY WITH FULL MANUFACTURER WARRANTY UNLESS SPECIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTIONS.


  Cascade GPS operates out of Bellingham, Washington State where we take pride in the wealth of opportunity for outdoor recreation on water and land.  The use of GPS navigation systems is just part of everyday living while hiking in the Cascade Mountains, boating the San Juan Islands of Puget Sound or finding urban locations by car or on foot. 

 

Ordering:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Please note that our online shopping cart only accepts payments from USA banks.  You must contact us for a shipping quote for orders going outside the USA or for non USA credit cards.   If you succeed in authorizing your non USA card, we will have to void the order and contact you to process the order manually.  In some cases, we may need to require a bank wire transfer on larger orders. If a package is refused, customer will be charged shipping both directions and any return import duties owed on our end.  So check your duties owed first by contacting your customs agency.

You can place an order with Cascade GPS in any one of several easy ways:

  • Use our secure shopping cart system right here on this website.  Enter Mastercard/Visa/Discover/AMex.  Google checkout and paypal will also process your card for us.  In most cases, we must ship to your billing address due to high rates of credit card fraud on alternate addresses.  NOTICE:  If you need to send the package to an alternate address, please contact the phone number on the back of your card and have that address listed as an alternate address before placing the order.  To fight credit card fraud, we follow up on orders with different billing and shipping addresses.   You may also send to your billing address and forward the items or use a bank wire transfer. 
  • Email your order to info@cascadegps.com
  • Fax an order in to our Sales Department at 1-480-393-4423
  • For paypal:  You may select the Paypal button during checkout and will be directed to log in to your Paypal acount  Or you can access your paypal account or start one at www.paypal.com .   We only ship to confirmed billing address with Paypal. SPECAIAL OFFER: Receive a 1% rebate on orders over $350 when you pay by Paypal echeck instead of your credit card. This amount will credit your account within 72hours after order date, except on weekends. This offer only applies to payments from USA banks.
  • Money order/cashier check addressed to Applied E Business.  Contact us first for the proper address to send to.  It may take a week or two for it to clear. 
  • Bank wire transfers may be necessary on large or foreign orders.  Contact us for more details.
  • Google checkout is best for credit cards or direct payments from you bank account or ther source.  It is secure and you can create an account during checkout.  Same for paypal. 

Quality Guaranteed:  All products sold in our store are brand new, retail version and carry a full factory warranty.  We do not sell refurbished products unless we clearly specify them in both the title and description of an item.

Pricing: Prices are quoted for immediate sale. Cascade GPS  will make every effort to honor quoted prices, but can't guarantee telephone quotes or published prices. Special volume and package pricing is available. Due to worldwide currency fluctuations, we suggest you call to confirm pricing.  All prices are subject to change without notice, and while Cascade GPS has made every attempt to produce a technically correct catalog, mistakes in photo, content and pricing may occur and we are not responsible for such errors.  You will not be automatically charged price increases but notified and given the chance to approve or decline unexpected changes.   

Shipping:  Due to increased costs beyond our control, there is now a $25 additional surcharge or some oversized items if you select overnight delivery.  This does not apply to ground rates.  If the product qualifies as oversized, you would be contacted for approval or cancellation.  Orders of in-stock items generally ship within 24 hours of orders and often ship the same day or the next business day.  All orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground, fully insured. At your request, Cascade GPS can ship UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or USPS for next day, 2nd Day, 3-Day or ground shipping. . Shipping charges are based on actual freight charges, plus insurance. We will always attempt to reduce the number of packages being shipped in order to minimize the cost to you.   We will ship outside Canada or the USA only after you contact us for shipping rates and approval.  Shipping costs are generally non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange. NOTE: Delivery dates are only guaranteed with UPS 3-day, UPS overnight, UPS 2-day air, and DHL flat rate (2 business days or less). Time in transit does not include weekends.  ALSO NOTE , as a courtesy, we may upgrade you to USPS Priority mail if you are on the opposite coast from the shipping origin because it would only take a few days vs a whole week on UPS ground.  If this is a problem, please note in the customer comments that USPS will not deliver to your address.  Otherwise we have to wait for the package to return and resend to a PO Box or use a different method. 

NOTICE TO APO SHIPMENTS:  Due to the higher cost of handling and shipping APO bound packages, we may add an additional $4 handling fee for APO addresses.  This will be placed on your credit card within 48 hours of the order.
Due to increased costs, there may be an additional $25 oversize package fee when overnighting odd size or excessively heavy packages.  But we would contact you first to get approval before charging this.

NOTICE:  Missing items in the box must be reported within 72 hours from delivery to your address.  After this point we cannot send missing parts unless the manufacturer cooperates.  Many products come with multiple parts.  Please check the packing list for each item you order.  Then contact the manuf. to get them to send you what the factory left out.  If they do not cooperate then you will need to send everything back to us at your shipping expense.  Then we can swap.

Warranty/Return Policy: Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items purchased within 30 days of delivery.  Any items over 30 days are to be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair if defective.  We cannot accept returns for non-defective units beyond 30 days of delivery-see more details below.   All unwanted returned units must be Complete and in Factory Packaging and appear brand new for full credit less any restock fee. After the first 30 days, all units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer. 
All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with any product for sale at Cascade GPS. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth, in most cases up to one year or more.
Notices:  Covert GPS trackers category sales are final and may not be returned.  Please be sure you really want the model you select.  Warranty applies to any defects. 
Solar chargers are subject to $15 or 10% restocking fee for unwanted, unused  items and must be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Request return number first
Refurbished or remanufacatured products are not refundable but may be exchanged for the same model if delivered defective. Closeout specials may not be returned
NOTICE:  If your package bounces back due to being undeliverable for any reason, we cannot refund the shipping cost and you will need to pay to ship it again to the correct address.  If you then do not want the product, we will refund the value of the product less 5% restocking fee.

Software cannot be returned. unless damaged upon delivery.
At Cascade GPS we will exchange defective units and parts at no cost (shipping excluded) to the customer within 30 days of shipment. After the 30-day period, customers must contact the manufacturer for direct return or repair information. Customers seeking to return, not exchange, defective items will be subject to a 5-15% restocking fee for defective parts. Customers may also replace defective items with other items of equal or greater value without a restocking fee; you are not obligated to replace with the same model.  We only only settle the difference in price.

Cascade GPS will accept returns for unwanted items within 30 days of shipment. For unopened items, there is a 5% return fee to receive Cascade GPS store credit, but for a refund there is a 15% restocking fee. For opened items (excluding software), there is a 5-15% fee to receive Cascade GPS store credit, or up to 20% fee to receive a refund.  We may return the item to customer if the product is not resellable or a restock fee of up to 100% would apply if not resellable at near full price.  Due to electronics market conditions, we also reserve the right to refuse a return once the item has been installed and/or used.  However, we will make an attempt to settle a fair restocking fee when appropriate.  Please do not write on the manual if you suspect you may need to return.

Units that have been installed, severely scratched, or abused will not be accepted for return or credit. In addition, any software that has been opened can only be returned directly to the manufacturer.

NOTE: We do not accept packages at the address on the packing slip or on our website.  Call for the return address when needed.

We do not refund your shipping costs on returns or exchanges, even if you have to send the full order back to exchange because the manuf. left out a part.     It is better if you contact the manuf. if an individual item is missing so that they can correct the factory problem. 
In order to avoid credit card fees, we may opt to refund by a business check on certain returns if not settled within 60 days.  We are able to keep prices low for you by not building shipping refunds into the product price  and by settling large sum refunds by check.  Customer is responsible for shipping both directions when a package is refused upon delivery.
 
NOTE: Software cannot be returned once opened. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Before you send merchandise back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own memory cards or other accessories in the unit.


Please Note: Cascade GPS cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a trackable and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fedex) or at least get Delivery Confirmation with USPS priority mail. For most returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.    

Please check your order as soon as it is received.  We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items.  If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package.  Make delivery personnel know of any problems.

 

Once we receive your return we will ship your replacement or process your credit in a timely manner. When returning an item, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback results in excessive additional costs to Cascade GPS, which we will be forced to pass on to the customer. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards.  Please contact us if there are any discrepancies on your card statement.

If there is a dispute of any kind, we will work with the customer to achieve a fair resolution. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. Should you have any questions about returning a product or the status of a pending return, please do not hesitate to email to cascadegps@yahoo.com .

Covertrac has come up with a new model that surpasses the past models in numerous ways. The new Micro Tracker II is smaller than all their other models, measuring in at only 2.5" H x 1.5" w x .75" d. This makes it much easier to conceal. You can still purchase the extra 45 day battery if 1-2 weeks is not enough with the included battery. The device has a sensor that tells you when the battery is low. Additionally, it can use cell tower triangulation to locate the tracker when it looses satellites. You can create boundaries called geo-fences to alert you when it crosses that line. The price is about half what we charge on similar models with these features.
